Enrise Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. markets pharmaceutical products through authorized distributors and stockists. Returns and refunds are governed by strict quality and compliance standards due to regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged goods received at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect product supplied
  • Manufacturing defect verified by batch review
  • Expired product supplied inadvertently

Note: Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the original payment mode or adjusted via credit note within 7–14 working days after final approval.

6. Quality Review

Suspected manufacturing defects may undergo internal quality review. Enrise Life Sciences reserves the right to approve or reject claims after evaluation.
