• Telmisartan – 40 mg

Mechanism of Action

Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II type 1 (AT1) receptors, leading to vasodilation and reduced blood pressure by preventing vasoconstriction and aldosterone release.

Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that promotes the excretion of sodium and water through urine, reducing blood volume and contributing to further lowering of blood pressure.

The combination provides complementary action for better blood pressure control.
